With the magnificent hillside views and a creek meandering through the course, one can quickly settle into a peaceful round of golf. But don't become too relaxed as there are challenges galore. For those wanting to test their golfing abilities and yet enjoy the pleasure of playing in a park-like setting, this is probably one of the best kept secrets in the Okanagan. The club is considered semi-private, but visitors are always welcome to enjoy its warm hospitality. Situated on Kalamalka Lake Road, off Highway 6, the golf course is only minutes from downtown Vernon. From Highway 97 South, take the Okanagan College turnoff and follow the road past Kalamalka Lake only three short minutes from the area's most popular beach.
