Immerse yourself in an inspiring two day watercolour workshop at Predator Ridge, one of Vernon’s most breathtaking locations, with Paula Scott, one of six professional artists contracted through ArtStarts for their new 'Infusion: Art in Education' program. Let the stunning environment be your backdrop for a creative getaway. Scott will guide participants through watercolour technique, subject matter, and materials in this intensive workshop. Treat yourself to a summer art retreat! To view samples of Scott’s work visit www.paulascott.ca Pre-registration is required. $150 (+GST) includes lunch both days and wine tasting on Friday evening. A materials list will be provided. Please call ahead for specific location and directions.

Zimmerman Auto Group presents Super Truck Racing featuring A&W Street Stocks, Okanagan Dwarf Cars and King of the Hill. Gates open at 5:00pm, qualifying at 5:30pm, and racing starts at 6:30pm. Adult admission: $20, youth and seniors: $ 15, and children 12 and under are free.
