Day 1

Fuel up with a hearty breakfast at Eatology and get ready for a day of adventure.

Head out to Historic O’Keefe Ranch for morning yoga with goats to stretch your muscles, find your centre, and have some fun before you hit the lake. Make sure to book in advance.

Next, paddle out on the deep blue Okanagan Lake to explore the cliffs, beaches and coves at Ellison Provincial Park. Launch at Hurlburt for a two-hour round-trip paddle out to Ellison and back. Rent a SUP or kayak from Ed's Mobile Kayak Rental or Beach Life Boards which will deliver to where you want to launch.

Round out your day with a burger and hard-earned brew on the patio at 1516 Pub and Grill.

Day 2

Hit the trail on two wheels — go mountain biking at Predator Ridge and Ellison Provincial Park. You can rent an e-mountain bike from Predator Ridge and head out straight from the resort to the trails. Our list of must-ride trails include Granite to Rock Garden Playground, The Arches and Wedge at Predator Ridge, and Upper Veedol and RPM in Ellison. For climbing back up: Typical Situation and The Nest. Your legs will thank you later when you e-bike back up The Nest.

End your ride with a little après on the patio at The Range Lounge and Grill or Gerni’s Farmhouse.

Day 3

Start your day with views of the Okanagan Valley from 10,000 feet up — with Okanagan Skydive. Make sure to book this adrenaline rush in advance.

Next, head out for an afternoon hike and discover why greater Vernon is the Trails Capital of BC. Check out BX Creek and Falls or head along the Grey Canal trail at Boss Creek / Coldstream Valley Estates for amazing views over Vernon.

End the day with live music and a locally-crafted beer or cider at Marten Brewing Company, or Cambium Cider Co.

Where to stay
