Family Saturdays are back at the Vernon Public Art Gallery
On June 14th, the Vernon Public Art Gallery invites you to come together for a fun and creative afternoon.
Family Saturdays are all about enjoying art, learning new skills, and connecting with one another in a relaxed, welcoming environment. Whether you’re a parent, grandparent, or caregiver, this event is perfect for kids of all ages — and everyone is encouraged to participate, no matter their experience with art.
These hands-on art projects are designed to be enjoyable for both younger and older kids, and parents are invited to join in the creative process, too. The goal is to make art accessible and fun for everyone while fostering a sense of community and creativity. The gallery provides all the materials you’ll need, all that's asked of you is that you show up in art appropriate clothing, get creative, and enjoy the experience.
Family Saturdays are part of our ongoing efforts to offer engaging, family-friendly programming that brings people together and helps build a vibrant, creative community. We believe everyone deserves the chance to explore their creativity, and these workshops provide a wonderful opportunity for families to bond, learn, and create together in a relaxed, supportive setting.
Time: 1:00PM - 3:30 PM *** You are welcome to stay the full session or leave early.
