TEDx Kalamalka Lake returns to the North Okanagan, and this year we gather under a theme that touches all of us: What We Carry.
We all carry something. Some of it is light, like happiness, hope, and the memories that make us smile. Some of it is heavier, the burdens, losses, and quiet struggles we rarely speak about out loud. And so much of what we carry is invisible to the people around us, shaping who we are in ways they never see.
What We Carry invites us to look a little closer, at ourselves and at one another, and to find connection in the things we all hold. This year's event brings together ten speakers from all walks of life. They are educators and entrepreneurs, artists and advocates, neighbors and newcomers, each with a story worth telling and an idea worth spreading. Some will make you laugh. Some will move you. All of them will leave you thinking differently about the weight and the wonder we carry through our lives.
