Join us for an unforgettable Winemaker’s Dinner in partnership with 50th Parallel Estate Winery — an exclusive four-course culinary experience thoughtfully crafted by Sparkling Hill’s PeakFine Restaurant culinary team. Each course is paired with exceptional wines from 50th Parallel’s award-winning collection, complemented by a refreshing palate cleanser before the main course.
Throughout the evening, meet the winemaker, head sommelier, and owners of 50th Parallel Estate as they share stories, insights, and the artistry behind each vintage. Enjoy live piano music as you dine in the elegant ambiance of Sparkling Hill’s Fireside Lounge.
Guests will also have the opportunity to purchase bottles of 50th Parallel wines to take home following the event.
