Yes, we farm bees in Vernon. A typical guided tour at Planet Bee begins indoors with a functional glass faced observation hive and numerous educational wall charts and photographs. Watch the bee dance and observe honeybees entering their hives loaded with bee pollen. You can watch as the honey is made in the honeycomb as nurse bees look after the baby bees. Planet Bee is located down the road from Davison Orchards. In July and August they offer educational tours. Contact them for more information.

Located a short 25-minute drive from Vernon, the farm does have a strict set of rules to keep the animals safe. Please read them before you go.
