Come celebrate tradition this July at Kal Tire Place. This musical demonstration of military drumming, piping and skills is as unique as it gets. It got the name "tattoo" over 300 years ago when the British Army was fighting in Belgium. Soldiers were called in from the pubs each night for curfew, or Doe den tap toe, the Dutch for "turn off the tap."
Expose yourself to the arts and traditions of our neighbours and forefathers. Be inspired by the musicians and dancers that keep this art form alive and well.
