Please join Young Agrarians and farmers Eric and Miho for a Farm Tour and Potluck at SilverStar Veggies in Vernon!
SilverStar Veggies was established by Eric and Miho in 2021 on land leased through the BC Land Matching Program, and they grow a variety of vegetables, herbs, and fruits. As the owners and operators of SilverStar Veggies, Eric and Miho enjoy combining traditional and modern farming techniques to grow high-quality produce for their community.
Eric and Miho will discuss the journey of scaling up their farm over the past five years while operating on leased land. The event will wrap up with a light potluck meal, with plenty of time to ask questions and connect with fellow farmers and food-lovers.
