Summer Sounds Under the Stars T1D Fundraiser
This is going to be so much fun- please join us August 19 at Blue Grass Farm for an incredible dinner, Andrew Allen concert and the chance to bid on very cool items in our silent auction!!
5 years ago we founded Okanagan T1D hub, we put on 12 events a year, all 💯 volunteer run including our summer camp. We try very hard to make our events very affordable or free for our kids and families because Type 1 diabetes is a financially stressful disease!! Even though a few more things are being covered like some
Insulins, many things are not covered.
The price of activities we do throughout the year are going up but we are wanting to avoid any price increase for our families especially the summer camp! Kids with T1D cannot go to other summer camps because of the care required and access and cost of the diabetes camps throughout the country can be very expensive and difficult to get to!
Every single dollar raised will go to paying for events and activities throughout the year for our local kids with T1D!
Tickets are selling quickly so buy yours now by emailing info@t1dhub.ca. Be sure to include your name, phone number, and the number of tickets you’re wanting to purchase. We will reply with instructions on e-transfer payment to get you on the guest list!
